 Dr.
Melvin Kushner is a 1966 graduate of the University of Maryland as well as
the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Upon graduation, Dr. Kushner
completed his internship at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and also served
as Lieutenant Commander for the U.S. Navy, Dental Corps. Reserve.
In 1969, Dr. Kushner joined a group practice in Maryland and later
became one of the founders of Valley Dental Associates. It's very
important to Dr. Kushner that he stays active and involved in the dental
community. In doing so, he has previously served as President of the
Baltimore Academy of General Dentistry, President of the Maryland
Academy of General Dentistry, and held several positions on the State
Board of Dental Examiners including President, Vice-President, and
currently is Secretary-Treasurer.Dr. Kushner lives with his wife Sharan in the Owings Mills - Pikesville area. They have two daughters and last year became the proud grandparents of a beautiful little girl. In addition to gourmet cooking, Dr. Kushner is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain and enjoys spending time on his boat.

Dr. Weitzman lives in Owings Mills and has two teenage sons, Jordan and Justin. He stays very active and in his spare time enjoys working out, skiing, and traveling. Also, Dr. Weitzman is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Ravens games, Maryland basketball games, and of course, whatever sports his sons are participating in as they have followed in their father's footsteps, and enjoy sports as well.

Dr. Gorman lives in Reisterstown with his wife Missy and their two sons, Albert and Daniel. Dr. Gorman enjoys participating in his boys' baseball and soccer teams. |

Dr.
Michael Weitzman is a 1977 graduate of the University of Maryland and the
Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. After graduation, he went to
Wilmington, Delaware where he completed his internship at Emily Bissell
Hospital. He then returned to Maryland and began practicing dentistry in the Owings Mills
area and merged his practice with Valley Dental Associates in 1988. 
Dr. Louis Gorman attended Vanderbilt University where
he majored in Biology receiving a Bachelor of Science degree, and in
1990, he graduated from the Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry
in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Gorman spent the following year
completing his general practice and hospital dentistry residency at the
University of Maryland Hospital, and has been with Valley Dental
Associates since 1991. He is also currently an attending dentist at the
Lawrence Kernan Hospital and is on the faculty at the University of
Maryland at Baltimore, College of Dental Surgery.
